Character Profiles/Applications

From now on any new character must be submitted. This is so we can make sure each character is different, the abilities and skills will not break the game and to help us include the characters in SLs and to give a personal touch to the RPs for each C.

Please use it. No new character will be allowed without one. Filling them out for already approved characters would be appriciated and wil help us make the RPs better for them.

Blue eyes, Long red hair, wears a old fashioned bomber's flight jacket, usually in a tomboyish atire of jeans, boots and singlet/tank top or t-shirt, when working on the engines were's overalls.
Personality:
A bubbly bright personality, tends to talk to herself as is usually alone in engineering with the engines. Eccentric and a little insane. Cross of Kaylee and River as character inspiration.

Is Psychic = A reader and is a genius.

History:
Due to her being gifted, Billy was to go to the academy but at the last minute pulled out, refusing to go as Billy had a bad feeling plus premonitions as she is a reader. She makes her living working on various small ships as a ship engineer, trying to keep a low profile as the alliance military science department is seeking her, so she can be taken to the academy.
